Mettawas End  -  Bed and Breakfast

   The room is named for the first owner of this house, Franklin H Walker. We guess it was his room because it is the only one with a fireplace, perfect for a master bedroom.

Today, a flat screen TV and a DVD player stand on top of the fireplace mantel.

    A full ensuite bath with a jacuzzi tub, a large shower, a towels heater and his and hers

 vanities offer modern comfort

    From the east window you can see the harbour and watch the fishing and ferry boats come in.

    Starting August 1st daily round trips to Pelee Island are available right here.

     This room is large enough to accomodate a queen-size bed and a sitting area near an old brick fireplace, as well as a convenient antique walnut front drop desk where you can use your laptop with our wireless connection.
